After checkout, Orderly opens an order confirmation page with a live status tracker. Keep that page open and it refreshes automatically as the business moves the order through Received, Accepted, Preparing, Ready, and Completed. Delivery orders also show Out for delivery. Signed-in customers can open Account and My orders to return to their orders. The confirmation link included in an order email can also reopen the tracking page.
