Online checkout can be unavailable when the business is inactive or suspended, the selected fulfillment method is disabled, the requested time falls outside allowed hours, the cart does not meet a minimum, or a delivery address is outside the configured area. Card checkout also requires the business's Stripe account to show both Charges Enabled and Payouts Enabled. Owners should review Business hours, Ordering settings, delivery zones, Customer payments, and Orderly subscription. If the subscription becomes past due, the store continues during its grace period; if it remains unpaid and becomes suspended, new orders stop while dashboard and billing access remain available. Paying restores active ordering automatically after Stripe confirms it.
