The Orderly subscription is the recurring platform charge for using the business tools and storefront. The online-order application fee is calculated separately when an eligible customer payment is processed through the platform. Stripe processing fees are also separate and are controlled by Stripe. The current subscription price and platform-fee rate are shown in Orderly's billing or platform settings; check those screens rather than relying on an older invoice or help article when confirming current pricing.
