Open Customer payments and review the Stripe status shown for the business. Details Submitted means the initial form was sent, but it does not guarantee that payouts are ready. Choose Continue setup when Stripe requests identity, business, ownership, tax, bank, or other information. Then return to Orderly and choose Refresh status. The business is ready for online customer payments only when both Charges Enabled and Payouts Enabled are shown. Test-mode and live-mode connected accounts are separate and require separate onboarding.
