An owner has the highest level of business access, including sensitive setup and billing tasks. Admins help manage the business, while staff focus on permitted daily operations such as orders and kitchen work. A user can belong to more than one business, but Orderly always scopes dashboard data to a business membership. Only invite people who need access, assign the least-privileged suitable role, and remove access promptly when a team member leaves. The platform super-admin is separate from restaurant membership roles.
What can owners, admins, and staff access?
Business membership roles control access while keeping each business's data isolated.
